Charitable organizations are solely responsible for maintaining and updating their information, particularly concerning key performance indicators related to the effectiveness of their charitable projects.

b. Provider is developing an algorithm to evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of charitable organizations in a clear and understandable manner. The evaluations are based on publicly available information and data provided by third parties. Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the evaluations, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Company Certification and Evaluation

a. Provider may use certifications and/or evaluations from other companies and/or associations to assess the reliability and effectiveness of charitable organizations and classify them in its evaluation system. Provider is not liable for the completeness or accuracy of these processes and/or evaluation criteria of these third-party evaluations and certifications.

7. Privacy and Security

a. The Provider shall comply with and adhere to applicable data protection regulations.

b. The personal data of users will only be collected, processed, and used in accordance with legal provisions.

c. Personal data of users will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless such information is required for the processing of the donation.
